CSA has partnered with SkyWest, giving you direct access to the tools, support and guidance needed to start your career as an airline pilot. As a partner with SkyWest Airlines, CSA students may apply to become a SkyWest cadet through the SkyWest Pilot Pathway Program. In addition, CSA students will be able to attend an enhanced SkyWest orientation, receive increased company seniority and interact with SkyWest pilot mentors as they gain experience that will help them as they transition to becoming a commercial pilot.

The Pilot Pathway Program allows students to remain at CSA to complete their flight training and build flight time as a flight instructor, until they are able to meet SkyWest’s Airline Transport Pilot standards. Each cadet is mentored by SkyWest pilots and may have the opportunity to participate in SkyWest recruiting events and outreach programs.
