CSRD (Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher)

Customer Service Representative / Dispatchers (CSRDs) are critical elements of Cornerstone’s exemplary safety record.  They ensure that EVERY instructor, student, and aircraft is fully airworthy and ready to fly before being dispatched.  They expertly execute the flight schedule, coordinating schedules, assigning aircraft, monitoring the weather, and otherwise ensuring that flight instruction is conducted safely, efficiently, and professionally.  CSRDs also proctor exams, communicate with prospective and current customers, take payments, and manage the pilot shop.  Complete the form and we’ll get back to you immediately!

    CFI (Certified Flight Instructor)

    Cornerstone’s Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) team is the best in the business.  We are always interested in meeting new CFIs and Check Instructors (CIs) who are motivated to teach, not merely acrue flight hours.       AMTs (Aviation Maintenance Technicians)

      Cornerstone’s Aviation Maintenance Technicians (AMTs) are dedicated to providing the safest, most reliable training assets possible.  We seek people who value teamwork, demonstrate keen attention to detail, and love being part of the flight training experience.  AMTs work 10-hour shifts with overlap, covering from 0600 to 1800 Monday through Saturday.  Two teams work alternating schedules that provide five-day weekends every other week.  To find out more, please complete the form.
